And although 19% of charity workers admitted they would like a new job, this remains 5% lower than the national average.Paid charity work can encompass nearly every career choice, from technology to fundraising to accounting, and with it comes a healthy dose of job satisfaction, it seems.And although salaries in the not-for-profit sector wont be as high as in other sectors, benefits like flexible hours, a positive and passionate working environment and, of course, the opportunity to really make a difference, its charity workers who go to work with the biggest smiles.
